Hotel "Arctur" offers for your convenience several ways to pay for accommodation services:
1. Payment upon arrival at the hotel
You can pay for accommodation in cash (rubles) or plastic cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO) directly at the hotel.
This payment method corresponds to the "No Guarantee" booking**
2. Payment by bank transfer
For individuals:
- Book a hotel room.
- Print the hotel card with the details of IP Ponomareva Tatyana Pavlovna, in the payment order indicate the guest's full name, length of stay.
- Please note that the bank charges a commission for transferring funds.
- Payment order for payment for hotel services must be presented to the administrator upon check-in.
- Transfer of funds to the hotel account must be made within 2 working days from the date of booking, but no later than 5 working days before arrival.
This payment method will allow you not to worry about payment upon arrival at the hotel! And your booking will be considered – “Guaranteed”*.
Free cancellation of the reservation is accepted 24 hours before the date of arrival. In cases of untimely cancellation, lateness, no-show, a fine will be charged in the amount of the cost of the first day.
You can return the funds paid for your order by notifying the hotel administrator of the refusal 24 hours before the date of arrival by phone.
For legal entities:
- Book a hotel room and send details of the organization.
- Get booking confirmation.
- Fill out a letter of guarantee and send by e-mail.
- Get an invoice for payment.
- Pay for it within 2 working days from the date of booking, but no later than 5 working days before arrival.
